The 2025 China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET) will be held from April 11 to 20. The event aims to offer Chinese students a variety of opportunities to explore overseas study options, according to the event’s organizer.
Expanded Reach and Diverse Participation
Wang Daquan, the director-general of the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange under the Ministry of Education, confirmed that CIEET 2025 will take place in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan (Hubei province), and Guangzhou (Guangdong province).
As of March 24, 246 universities and educational institutions from 24 countries and regions have signed up, with nearly 450 registered exhibition pavilions.
Global Institutions and Opportunities for Students
In addition to popular study destinations like the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, this year’s exhibition has drawn institutions from countries such as Ecuador, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Poland, and Vietnam. Wang emphasized the diverse global presence at the event.
Lectures and Consultations for Students
Throughout the exhibition, attendees can participate in a series of lectures that will offer on-site consultations. Topics of high interest to students will be covered, including overseas academic degree certification, as well as career and entrepreneurial opportunities for students returning to China after their studies.
China Study Abroad Forum
The China Study Abroad Forum will also be held in Beijing on April 11. The forum’s theme will be “Quality, Trust, and Safety: Ensuring Sustainable Development in International Education.”
At the forum, several key reports will be released for the first time, including an overseas credential evaluation report, the “Blue Book on Chinese Students Studying Abroad,” and an analysis report on the employment trends of returning Chinese students.
